Nigel Thomas is a passionate landscape photographer from Pembrey, South Wales. His journey into photography began in 2018 as a form of therapy following a severe mental health breakdown. What started as a way to cope with depression and anxiety quickly grew into a profound passion for capturing the beauty of nature, especially coastal scenes.

Over time, Nigel began sharing both his photography and personal story on social media, inspiring others with his openness and resilience. His popular talk, “Landscape Photography – My Passion – My Therapy,” has resonated with audiences across South Wales and beyond, offering a message of hope through art.

A dedicated printmaker, Nigel emphasizes the importance of printing and proudly showcases his work in presentations and exhibitions. Following the success of his first solo exhibition, he partnered with PermaJet as an Envoy and now delivers a new talk, “How To Achieve The Perfect Print,” guiding photographers through the complete printing process with clarity and enthusiasm.

Nigel’s story is one of healing through creativity, and he continues to inspire others by proving that even in life’s darkest moments, something beautiful can emerge.
